The Marlow Cup is awarded each year to be judged to be the best layout, item of
rolling stock or sturture at the Risex exhibition. This is usually done by a guest or by an
demonstrator.
The Marlow Cup came about from one of our Club members that is no longer with us. His name
was Peter Marlow and was a very good modeller and put alot of time in the Club.
This year the judge at Risex on the 17th February 2007 was Ian Roll Risex Exhibition Manager.
He went round the exhibition to view all the layouts on show. The out come of this was the wagon building demostration by Ian Gearing.
